FomoPeek Privacy Policy

FomoPeek ("this App") is a read-only on-chain whale monitoring and alert tool. We value your privacy and collect the minimum amount of data necessary.

1. Information We Collect

• Device Identifier: An anonymous device ID generated on first launch (X-Device-Id), used to associate your watchlist and alert history.
• Push Token: If you enable push notifications, we store the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) token so we can send you monitoring alerts.
• Account Information (Optional): Email, password (stored as a bcrypt hash), and nickname if you register an account. Guest users can access all features without signing in.
• Monitoring Data You Provide: Public blockchain addresses you add, custom labels, groups, thresholds, and event preferences. This data is used solely to provide monitoring services.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide wallet monitoring, alert push, on-chain profiles, and discovery feeds.
• To bind your device to an account after you sign in, enabling cross-device sync in future versions.
• To improve service stability and performance. We do not use your data for profiling or advertising.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose data only in the following cases:

• In response to applicable laws, court orders, or lawful government requests.
• To protect our legitimate rights, user safety, or public safety.

4. Data Security

We use transport-layer encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data in transit; passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; servers are deployed in environments with access control and firewall protection.

5. Your Rights

• You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the App via Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible and removes sessions, referral relationships, and the watchlists/alerts bound to your account. Local watchlists on your device are not affected.
• You can disable notifications for this App in system settings at any time, which invalidates the push token.

6. Third-Party Services

Data displayed in the App comes from public on-chain sources and public market APIs (such as Helius, Alchemy, Dexscreener, Jupiter, Hyperliquid, Binance). These services only receive public addresses or public market requests; they do not receive your account or device identity information.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page, and we will notify you in the App of material changes.

This App only provides public on-chain data monitoring. We do not trade on behalf of users, custody funds, or collect funds, and we do not provide investment advice. All data is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice.
